As a Broker with more than fifteen years of Economic Development and Commercial Real Estate experience, Donnelly specializes in helping companies grow, expand and relocate to the area, and works closely with buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants and investors to help them achieve their goals.
Donnelly has served as the President/CEO of the Butte County Economic Development Corporation and has also sat on the Board of Directors for the Chico Economic Planning Corporation and the Oroville Economic Development Corporation and the Board for the Work Training Center. He is also a Founder of Golden Valley Bank. Donnelly is also a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and holds a Property Management Certificate from the California Association of Realtors (CAR).
